Morgan's House wants to spread our message of hope and compassion. Our goal is to provide supportive service programs that will prepare our clients and their children to live independent and abuse-free lives, with an emphasis on education and prevention for future generations.
Morgan's Story
The inception of Morgan's House was inspired by a true story about a young woman - a mother, a daughter, and a sister named Morgan - who was a victim of addiction and the resulting mental illness. Unfortunately, the end of her particular story is a very tragic one...her life was cut short with her untimely death in 2015 at the age of 28. She left behind three children who would be forever affected by this senseless tragedy.
Morgan's House has been established to offer emergency shelter / transitional housing to victims of addiction, abandonment and abuse in the Northeast Florida, Lake Area Region.

Here at Morgan's House, we know that sometimes all it takes to change the world is a little support. Since our founding in 2020, we have been determined to make an impact. Morgan’s House operates on the philosophy that a single action can make a difference in the community, and that collective action can greatly impact our community through advocacy and outreach activities. Through all of our endeavors, we hope to display the conviction behind our beliefs.

Our target population is families residing in the Northeast Florida, Lake Area Region that are experiencing the effects of addiction, abandonment & abuse and are in need of emergency shelter, support, education, and counseling.
